This project focused on planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement across student audiences at the University of Toronto. As Marketing and Communications Team Lead, I developed multi-channel campaigns that combined digital and in-person strategies, including social media, email marketing, and event promotion. The goal was to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns that effectively reached students and drove participation across campus initiatives.




the challenge
Student events and initiatives often struggled with visibility due to fragmented promotion and inconsistent messaging across channels. Without a unified strategy, campaigns lacked reach and failed to fully engage the student community. The challenge was to create a streamlined approach that connected multiple touchpoints while maintaining clarity, consistency, and strong visual appeal.
The campaigns delivered measurable improvements in student engagement and event participation. Over 15 integrated campaigns were successfully executed across web, social media, and email, reaching over 1,000 students through events and outreach. Event registrations increased by 22%, while improved coordination and data tracking enabled more effective and optimized campaigns over time.

This project highlights the impact of strategic, integrated marketing in driving awareness and engagement. By aligning messaging, design, and execution across multiple channels, the campaigns created a more cohesive and effective student outreach system. The approach not only improved immediate results but also established a scalable framework for future marketing initiatives.
